On August 24-25, MRF Corporate University completed its second trainer certification, with 17 key trainers presenting. MD Niya, VP and Executive Principal Kalyan, and school deans formed the judging panel.

The 17 trainers delivered sessions on business breakthroughs, team management, and documentation processes. The judges provided feedback on positioning, cases, and interaction design to help them iterate rapidly.

Kalyan summarized the "Three Leads" for trainers: Lead in learning – master course development; Lead in doing – demonstrate by example; Lead in platform-building – leverage the organization to push potential, with a closed loop of check-evaluate-feedback.

Stepping from role to podium is a shift in identity and a self-iteration. Every trainer is a seed of MRF's talent cultivation, destined to grow into a forest that sustains the company's future.
