Kalyan opened with three questions: Is mechanism important? Is it hard to design? How to interpret employees rating themselves 100%? This quickly sparked deep thinking.
The core of a high-performance mechanism is reactivating the organization and its people, not relying on individual managers. It has three pillars: activating people & organization, rule design, and the "4-High Model."
The "4-High Model" consists of: High Goals, High Motivation, High Capability, and High Execution.
High Goals are delivered via "More-Faster-Better-Cost-Effective" – More (growth), Faster (response), Better (quality), Cost-Effective (efficiency), supported by paths like five-year double growth.
High Motivation uses salary, performance, and PK rewards to spark proactive effort. Kalyan stressed: "Strictness is great love."
High Execution relies on the "5-Inspection System" – daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly – forming a closed loop. "One Encourage, Two Push, Three Monitor" is the daily execution key: encourage top performers, push those behind, monitor exceptions.
Kalyan concluded with three takeaways: "Own the table" – grow and strengthen your team; "More-Faster-Better-Cost-Effective" – growth, speed, quality, cost; "Encourage-Push-Monitor" – the daily execution discipline.
"Be the world's best at one thing, and pursue your dream with a lifetime of effort." This is the goal of the mechanism – and the mission of every MRF manager.
